What is the last day to order to guarantee shipping by Christmas?

All orders placed prior to 11:59pm, December 18, are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.

How long will it take for my order to process?

We will fill all orders as quickly as possible. Processing can take up to three business days.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

After processing, orders will ship as per the shipping option selected at check out.

What shipping providers do you offer?

At check out you may choose either USPS or UPS.

Do you accept international orders?

At this time, due to the high rate of international fraudulent activity, we only accept orders from the U.S. and Canada at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Where do you ship from?

All orders ship from Jacksonville, FL.

My order has not arrived. How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information for your reference once your order ships.

What is the return policy?

You must send a return request within 7 days of the delivery date. We will send you a shipping label for the return and deduct the return shipping fee from the total refund amount. Items must be unworn and unwashed and returned within 14 days of the refund request. Once we receive the return and inspect for quality control, we will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the return. If the return is approved, then we will process the refund and apply the credit to the original method of payment.

Does apparel run true to size?

Please note that our products typically run true to size. If you have a question regarding the fit of a particular product please email store@timtebow.com.

What do I do if I have questions about my order?

Does my purchase benefit the Tim Tebow Foundation?

10% of all proceeds from your purchase go directly to the Tim Tebow Foundation’s outreach initiatives. To learn more about how your purchase helps the Foundation share Faith, Hope, and Love with children around the world, visit their Outreach page.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds

You must send a return request within 7 days of the delivery date. We will send you a shipping label for the return and deduct the return shipping fee from the total refund amount. Items must be unworn and unwashed and returned within 14 days of the refund request. Once we receive the return and inspect for quality control, we will send an email to notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If the return is approved, then we will process the refund and apply the credit to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Once the return is approved and processed, there will be a credit applied to the original method of payment.

Defective Items

If an item is defective, notification of defect must be received within 30 days of receiving the item. A call tag will be emailed to the customer to send the item back. The items must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving the call tag. Once the item is received, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, the customer can choose to receive a refund issued back to the original method of payment or the item can be replaced and shipped at the expense of the Tim Tebow Store to the customer.

Non-returnable items

All sale items, items bought at discount, jewelry and accessories are considered “Final Sale” and are not available for return or refund.

Shipping

If you have already emailed store@timtebow.com with your refund or defective item request, please mail your product to: 4344 Philips Hwy, Jacksonville, FL 32256.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs for your refund item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping items over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

There is often some processing time before a refund posts to your account. If it has been several days since a refund issued, and you have already contacted your bank or credit card company and the refund is not showing, please contact us at store@timtebow.com.
