6 Reasons to Take the KETO 30 Challenge

As a professional athlete, I’m required to take care of my body. This means eating healthy and working out regularly.

But I’m constantly looking for ways to improve myself – both mentally and physically – which is why I started the ketogenic diet in 2011. I wanted to fuel my body properly so I could be the best version of myself—on the field, in the broadcast booth, and in life.

But despite all of the well-known benefits of keto, the challenge, and what I’m driven to help solve, is this:

Many people fail to stick to the ketogenic diet long enough to achieve results. 

I think that’s because there’s a lot of conflicting information about keto and it’s tough to know what or who to believe. It seems like there are a hundred rules you have to follow to achieve ketosis.

Stack that on top of the fact that losing weight and becoming healthier is just really, really hard.
